Responsibilities:

- Engage in industry networking and participate in relevant events.
- Support the advancement and effective adoption of the CRM system to strengthen client relationship management.
- Ensure marketing and sales initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned.

Requirements:
- 4 years of relevant experience in the shipping industry
- In-depth knowledge of the shipping industry, including global and regional maritime market trends.
- Familiarity with ship management services, target markets, and customer base.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
