Office and Administrative Manager (European MNC)
Our client is a European MNC and is looking for a dynamic office manager to join them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claims & Expense Management: Handle staff claims, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Office & Pantry Supplies Management: Maintain inventory and stock up office and pantry essentials to ensure a comfortable working environment.
- Administrative Support: Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and data entry tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Vendor & Facility Management: Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for office-related matters.
- Event & Travel Arrangements: Assist in organizing company events, team gatherings, and travel logistics when required.
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties: Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed.

- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
