Responsibilities:
- Analyze Marine/HSQE data and manage various HSQE projects (e.g., mooring software, safety campaigns, EPA reports).
- Maintain documentation for audits and TMSA; manage records and conduct IMS checks.
- Review performance charts and KPI data for SQE assurance.
- Assist in SMS reviews, vessel clearance questionnaires, and vetting tasks.
- Support marine superintendents with various duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of shore experience in SQE & Vetting; preference for candidates with junior officer sailing experience.
- Graduate with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours if needed.
