- Identify requirement of any major repairs and plan time/workshop or riding squad/spares, co-ordinate with relevant teams for the same
- Approve Spares/Stores to arrange timely supply to vessel.
- Track all the reports from vessel, analyze performance/defects and correspond with vessel to address the same
- Monitor day to day fuel consumption and speed of the vessel. Review and advise vessel as the case may be. Co-ordinate with operations team and vessel in case of any deviation
- Carry out regular inspection of the vessel to assess condition of vessel and prepare report.
- Coordinate with the vessel to close out any deficiencies raised in any internal inspection to have the vessel ready for any third-party inspection
- Plan schedule and co-ordinate with classification societies to carry out surveys
